Embrace failure

failure quote Winston ChurchillThere are too many things you want, but aren’t doing. So many things that once in a while boil up, but are pushed away fairly quickly.

Thinking about it somewhat longer gets quite stressful. Trying something new, something you haven’t done before, it’s quite scary. You don’t even know if you will make something of it. Even more, you are probably telling yourself you will do bad.

Not succeeding in what you does not mean you fail. It’s time to stop being afraid of failure. It’s time to embrace failure.

Piece of mind

Suppressing your dreams by fighting against your fears is very stressful. Embracing failure will bring your mind to piece. You will stop creating your own barriers and you will be happy in doing what you really want. No longer will you only dream and never do.

Opportunity to grow

Now you are no longer afraid of trying something new, no longer caring about what other people think, you have increased your potential massively. Now it’s so much easier to start whatever you feel like and enjoying it. You will undertake so much more and gain a lot of experience from it. Every step helps you to grow and become better than you were yesterday. Finally you can unleash your true potential.

The best learning experience

There will be times when you won’t achieve what you hoped, although this amount will be much less than you expected. This failure is now not only not upsetting you anymore, it is actually very helpful.

It is only by failing that you really learn something, something you (unlike other things) will never forget. You will have the baggage to do better in the future, something no teacher or book could ever teach you.

 Remember:

It’s better to fail in doing what you love than to succeed in what you dislike.

What have you learned from failure in your life? I’d love to hear it in the comments!
